Simply enter your email address (the one you used when making your purchase), the order number (IMBXXXXR) and click "Find Order" to see what the current status is.

I'm not happy with my product, can I return it?

If you have suffered a rare failure or problem, we will be more then happy to offer a replacement or refund.

If there is no manufacturer issue with your product, we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement as all our products are custom and made bespoke for you.

If the issue relates to a sizing or fit problem, we may be able to help with a discounted replacement if IMB was not at fault or to blame.
